Fake IRS Call... ROBO Message Stated that the IRS is filing a fraud lawsuit in my name, that they have been attempting to reach me for past 6 months, that since I haven't responded they are considering it intentional fraud. The 2nd time they called I answered, and same recorded message played. I called the number back, an Asian woman answered "Hello?" (sounded like a busy call center in the background)... I said "Someone called me from this number, stating they were from the IRS." She asked for my name. I said "No, I am not giving you my name." She hung up on me. I called back, and the same Asian woman answered. I said, "What is the name of this business? You are claiming to be with the Internal Revenue Service and yet you barely speak English and you answer the phone with 'hello'?" She hung up on me again. NOTIFY IRS at this website to report these scum bags!

This nu.ber is going ham on everyone today, they have called me 3 times leaving the same goofy, generic, robocall message saying I'm being sued, total b.s.. Just super annoying by now since I blocked the number but it still leaves a vm. Not calling them back, it give them any attention maybe they will quit.

Blocked his number after 3 calls and 3 voicemails left.
“Government is investigating you, call our firm now”.
Ha. Nope.

This number has called me 3 times today and leaves a message telling me I have committed intentional fraud and a lawsuit has been filed under my name by the United States Government. These people need a good butt kicking.

Two calls today, claiming to be from the IRS... stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit under my name for intentional fraud. I called them back and it is definitely NOT the IRS.

Three calls and one voicemail from this number today alone. Pretending to be the IRS filing a lawsuit. Definitely spam.

Okay. First of all, when the Feds, usually through the IRS, have a case against someone, they do not initiate contact by phone - especially with a robo-call. Secondly, I wonder how late the Fraud Office stays open up there in Seattle. Maybe I'll call them back @ 10 p.m., or even, midnite, and see if they're still scamming, I mean, taking calls from fraudsters.

Got a half-assed robo message that was mostly cut off but what I got out of it was that I had committed some type of fraud and they had no choice other than prosecution because they had tried to contact me several times with no response...liars. Funny, I just got an official IRS letter with my monthly installment payment plan completed with a $0 balance.

I have received two (2) calls today stating that I have committed fraud and that the Federal Government has taken legal action against me. I know this is a scam, but it is still upsetting to have a recording making threats.
